Wow......this thing is mad old!! Geez, I didn't even know this thing still existed! (actually I did - Ogi keeps on posting his stuff on here and I keep getting email notifications about them lol) So yeah, I've been meaning to update but I saw no reason to. But now I'm bored and so here goes:
The Jetta TDI is now a racing machine!! I replaced the stock ECU (Electronic Control Module) chips with upgraded Aligator chips courtesy of Kerma

To add to that, I ejected the old nozzles inside the fuel injectors and replaced them with brand new, upgraded PP520s. All in all, total boost now jumps to 19psi with 135bhp @ 190ft-lb of torque. It's not much, but the power gain is tremendous compared to what it was before. Having paid $500 for the whole set, I can safely say that I am
very pleased with the results. As a side-note, I also installed a boost gauge, applied 20% tint to my back-side and back-rear windows, slapped on some new tires (finally! lol I've had the old ones since god-knows-when - since senior year of high school, I believe), replaced all the vacuum hoses, cleaned the intake manifold (that thing was filthy as hell!), and I have license plate frames saying "Yes, it's a DIESEL!" at the front and rear. Pretty cool, I must say. Modifications to come are smoked foglights, smoked taillights, smoked side markers, a whole new front/rear bumper and hood (because they have scratches/dents on them), a spoiler (nothing too fancy), maybe some rubber floor mats, a boost valve, maybe a new turbo upgrade, a new VR6 clutch, and maybe some new rims. These will cost me a pretty penny, so I'll have to hold off on them until I get the money during winter break.
Speaking of which, I've been interning at an architectural firm in Maplewood since last summer. They're called Clawson Architects and they deal mostly with residential housing - something I'm most interested in pursuing. Someday I hope to start my own firm and hopefully design my own house!

But I'll need to finish college first...then get my Bachelor's of Science Degree....
then go for at least 3 years of apprenticeship...THEN take the Test...
THEN get my Master's Degree....and I can finally put aside school and focus on my career. I have a long way to go, but I think I'll manage.
Crap...studio starts at 12:00PM. Gotta get my drawings ready for the gruesome pin-up I'm going to have....Ugh.....
